Prairie Studio was commissioned to renovate and expand the home of a growing family in Lincoln, Nebraska. The family desired the integration of generous amounts of natural light to create an uplifting environment to relax and for family and guest dining. The addition also includes an additional bedroom. The strategic location and abundance of windows also create great exterior views. The addition seamlessly blends in with the existing home using matching and contextual materials. The configuration of the house creates a sheltered patio to enhancing the family’s enjoyment of the outdoors.
